Delete your ApexDrawn account

For ApexDrawn on apexdrawn.com and the ApexDrawn app on Google Play and the App Store

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes a minute and happens at once. If you can't sign in, contact us and we will delete it for you.

Delete it yourself

Open ApexDrawn (the app, or apexdrawn.com) and sign in.
On the home screen, tap your username at the top right to open your account.
At the bottom of your account, tap Delete my account.
Type your username and your password, then tap Delete my account again.

If you can't sign in

Use our contact form, choose Something else, and write "Delete my account" with your username and the email address on the account. We reply within a month, usually much sooner, and may email that address to check the request is yours.

What is deleted

Your email address and password
Your coins, cars, paint and garage, Apex Pass progress and daily rewards
Your friends list, your saved circuits and messages you sent us while signed in

What is kept

Circuits you published to the public gallery and your leaderboard times stay in the game, under an anonymous name in place of yours, so other players' races and rankings still work.
Records of anything you bought are kept for six years, because the law requires it for tax.
Server logs are deleted after a few weeks.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete any of your saved tracks at any time with its Delete button in your list of saved tracks. For anything else, use the contact form and tell us what you would like deleted.
